1. How long does it take for
the search engines to find my new links after I
sign up?
This depends on the search engines. Search Engines crawl and index pages at
regular intervals. They visit popular and regularly updated sites more often
than those sites that are not. They also update their index and result pages
about once a month. Once the update happens, newly indexed pages are ranked
and added to the Search Engine's database. At this time, you will get "credit" for
having more links to your site. In our experience, you will see your site move
up in ranking gradually over time as the Search Engine's continue to find,
index and rank member pages which contain your link. A good rule of thumb for
link campaigns is to watch for movement in your site's ranking after the end
of the first full month you have signed up with Link Foundry. In the coming
months, you should see more movement as more and more member's link pages are
crawled and indexed.
2. How long does it take to
setup an account?
It takes literally just minutes to setup. Immediately after you pay via PayPal,
your account will be activated and you'll be able to login, enter the simple
site info we need and get instructions on how to display your links page.
3. How will signing up with
Link Foundry help me increase my rankings in search
engines?
One of the single most important factors a search engine uses to rank your
web site is link popularity. Link popularity is based on the number of incoming
links you have from other web sites. Also known as backlinks, search engines
view each of these links to your site as "vote" for your site. The
